Transatlantic Lessons: Understanding the U.S.-Turkey Relationship Project is being carried out in collaboration with the 22nd Century Association and the U.S. Embassy.
The Transatlantic Lessons Project aims to provide young people with diverse political views with comprehensive knowledge about U.S. culture, politics, and foreign policy through online training sessions conducted by experts, academics, and ambassadors, as well as face-to-face interactive meetings. The project seeks to help participants understand U.S.-Turkey relations in all their dimensions and evaluate the relationship between the two countries from a broader perspective.
The face-to-face meetings within the scope of the training will be held in Ankara.
All training sessions within the scope of the project are free of charge.
Travel and accommodation expenses for participants coming from outside of Ankara will not be covered.
Participants who attend 80% of the training sessions will receive a certificate.
Participants are expected to attend all in-person events, which will be held on five different days in Ankara. Applicants are advised to take this into consideration.
It is mandatory to attend the online sessions with the camera on.
